Promoter in Billings interested in Ethnic Music?

I have organized a visit to Montana by the Tuvan band Chirgilchin  www.chirgilchin.com in October, 2011.   I would love to contact a local promoter or appropriate non-profit that would be interested in putting on a concert in the Billings area either October 12, 13, or 14.  Over the last 8 years we have had a number of Central Asian Music groups come through Bozeman with very good response and full houses.  If you are interested in learning more, please give me a call at 406-595-2310   Kent Madin
