Montana Musicians

Just want to say thank you to all my music mates for all the wonderful compliments & feedback on my songs that I recently uploaded. It does a 'closet musician' such as myself, good to know that I'm placing 'notes' in some of the right places anyway. Appreciation is what it's all about to any artist. :O) The song, "The Break up of Bill & Judy" seems to get alot of compliments. Actually, that was the very first song I ever wrote, 1970 vintage, true story..... & "Lookin' for Direction", was written to honor all my firefighter brothers & sisters. , Especially, Bozeman's own, 'Greg Anderson' & his "Smokejumpers", my Helicopter Crew Mates & the world class "Blackfeet Fire Crews", whom I've worked with extensively in the past. I always felt safe knowing they were watching my back.. They have "The Great Spirit" with them at all times, so ya can't miss....Our motto is: "Always remain Calm, when working in a Frenzy"... works every time....Aho....
It's been a wonderful trip doing my own home recording, I've never been a 'one man band' before, so to speak. Living in the 'rat race' of the London area, one has to have something to focus on, to keep from going insane, although I can handle insane, I just don't want to go 'crazy'. :O) I plan on moving back to my beloved homeland, Montana in the near future. Would love to collaborate with others to write & record with. I'm somewhat tired of just hearing myself play everything. Montana is so blessed to have so many brilliant musicians, good for us! Keep pickin' & grinin' everyone. "Music is truely, the 'Flower' of our Feelings". Maybe that's what "The Missionj Mountain Wood Band's" song, "TAKE A WHIFF ON ME" is somewhat about, along with our fresh mountain air ?????
Cheers, James Keith
