Promoter in Billings interested in Ethnic Music?
I have organized a visit to Montana by the Tuvan band Chirgilchin www.chirgilchin.com in October, 2011. I would love to contact a local promoter or appropriate non-profit that would be interested in putting on a concert in the Billings area either October 12, 13, or 14.
