Looking to start up band project

Helena area musician looking to start up blues band. Would do anything fromthe styles of Robert Johnson to Tinslen Ellis and beyond.I have been out of the loop a while but work in my home recording studio, toramp up some.There doesn't appear to be much in the Helena area but am willing to look toGreat Falls, Missoula, Bozeman & Butte for players and gigs.Wouldn't mind doing a combination of electric and unpluged sets.See More

These are the music services I offer...: live sound

Here's a quick overview about what I play and who with...: I started in the mid 60's. Have played with Charlie Pride. Opened for The Hondels, Maralee Rush Band (Angle Of The Morning fame) .
Worked as a club act, appeared in several bands from time
to time. Worked in a jingle mill. Have a home recording studio.
My formal music training is Cello violin, and string bass. I
play rythum, bass and lead.
Would like to work more as a Blues musician, but clasic rock, and rockabilly are my real roots.
I am looking to play weekend gigs or even recording gigs, and willing to travel some.
