- The Alibi Band has been performong for over 20 yearsLifetime pro musician playing lead guitar & vocals for Top 40 country bands in Northwest USA. Montana State champ for the True Value Showdown. I have also been band leader for a few successful groups. Shorty Spang & Bobby Swank handle the bottom end of the group. Alibi has worked with many artists through the years as well as backing contestants for different events.

I have never worried about who ever you are with cuz you yourself are a great musician. Like you, I don't play with slack bands. I gave Woody your info and he was going to check everybody out and then make a decision. I told him to check you guys out first. Hope you guys get it. It would be killer to do a show with you guys.

Thanks for the note. I don't see Jim much lately. He got in a bad cycle wreck a while back. I just played Billings over summer with Woodband. Come see us next year when we play there. Hope all is well, I look forward to hearing your new album.

Hey man glad to hear that you got something going. I'd be happy to help you out anyway I can. The club that Bobby was talking about is called Mixers. We played there a couple of times. It was ok but small. If I hear of any gigs I'll let you know. They are getting real tight around here. Thank god we still have the Marlboro ranch. Problem with that one is they have all the entertainment that they need. If you guys have dates you can't do let me know also. Great to hear from you. Call when you come this way........Gary
