Darn thing rocks. I also use a old Alesis midiverb through the effects loop for delays at such, along with a old MXR distortion pedal for boosts. I only use this rig in the studio now. Live I have been using a POD floor model into the PA with a vary LARGE monitor next to me. Keeps stage volumes down in the clubs. Thanks for asking !

I feel Clapton is kind of like Chuck Berry and to a less exent, Scotty Moore (I still list Scotty as a great) in that the influence he had on guitar music was great. Some of his best stuff was with Cream, don't you think? He had a great influence, same as Chet Atkins and Ma Carter. But as far as being good, I watch YouTube clips with Eric playing next to Knopfler
and there's not much comparison. His close friends say Eric's biggest problem is that he just doesn't work at it, he's lazy. Hey, I wish I had his problem, what'a ya think?
