"Carl, Looks like you have a new email address. I sent the email below and it was returned:
Hi Carl,Long time no talk... I was just thinking about you and thought I would drop you a line. Are you coming to Bozeman this summer? How are things?…"
We just lost our drummer of five years and need to work someone in pretty quickly. We are mostly a 70s through 2000s rock cover band, but we are also adding originals as we go. We don't play more than about once a month, but do have several gigs coming up including Sacajawea Inn in June and Rockin' the Rivers in August. We're a relatively mature and experienced group of easy-going guys who love to play. Please let us know if you have an interest and we'll schedule a time to get together. …See More
"Hi Dan, A guy at work loaned me the DVDs. It's a 2-disc set. First disc is early 70s. Second disc continues with later 70s stuff like Talking Heads, Gary Numan. A black and white cover with the Whistle Test logo on the front. Have you tried…"
"Yeah the Edgar Winter segment is great. An Arp 2600 with the keyboard over his shoulder. All those fun sliders and knobs. Same keyboard Townsend used for all the sequences on 'Who's Next'. You can't do that stuff with a digital…"
Great to hear from you! Yes, that is a great DVD! You say there is a disk #2?? The performances on that DVD are awesome. Couldn't believe the versatility of Edgar Winter. Lets see, I need a reason to visit you in the U.K. Congrats on…"

Here's a quick overview about what I play and who with...
In recent years I have played with the folk/rock group Stone Poetry and most recently with a bunch of guys called the Buzztones. I've always been a solo musician and occasionally get out with my J-45 to do a solo gig.
Hi Dan, A guy at work loaned me the DVDs. It's a 2-disc set. First disc is early 70s. Second disc continues with later 70s stuff like Talking Heads, Gary Numan. A black and white cover with the Whistle Test logo on the front. Have you tried Amazon? I'd love to get to Bozeman at some time in the future. Hooligans frequently ask when I'm going to visit and it would be great to play with all my friends again. It's the same old story...My job gives me plenty of vacation time but there's never enough money. Just laid out a bunch of cash for my visa extension of 2 years. Still waiting to hear. Who knows? If they don't grant the extension I may be back alot sooner than anyone expected! LOL. Anyway, here's my e-mail address. firstname.lastname@example.org in case you want to write to me that way. Stay in touch. I'd actually like to work with you again at some point if you've got anything that needs music. I'm still writing quite a bit. Carl

Hi Dan. You're really not gonna believe this but I was watching Old Grey Whistle Test last night too. Possibly the same DVD. What a great show. I was checking out old footage of Little Feat, Randy Newman, Alice Cooper Elton John and, one of my new favorites, the (recently) late John Martyn. Can't wait to check out disc 2. How the heck are ya?
