Seeking for some serious players!

I am looking for some great musicians that are really serious about going somewhere. That can cover Jazz, Blues, Funk for the most part, and some rock maybe more. Hey Everybody... I am looking for a few extra musicians for a big sound. So far I have the standard bass, guitar and drums.. and me on lead vocals.
