I'll second that. Early in the game, I was taught to put up work that needs work. I mean, pros want to hear something and say to themselves, I could make that better.  Otherwise, why would they need me?

Another reason, do you really believe you can turn out broadcast quality work in your home studio? Why give them a reason to laugh at you?  Come right out and admit: Hey, this is a demo.

There is some fantastic work on this list, don't get me wrong. Let's just learn to get our egos in check.
