Wanting to start BLUES/FUNK band in Bozeman
Raspy professional blues singer looking to set up blues band.
I have been in the scene in Michigan and Arizona for the last 13 years.
I moved to Bozeman and I am ready to get back into the groove!!!!!
Looking for great musicians, with soul, creativity and flavor!!!
Horns, guitar, bass, keys, drums......let me know what you play and lets get together.

Hi,
I play guitar, mando, banjo, keys, bass, accordion, etc... I like many styles, but really like funk! I've started a funk band before and was thinking of starting one again. I'm not as much into the blues anymore (kinda burned out on "white people" blues!). I studied music in New Orleans and played with an early incarnation of Galactic. I have a drum set and practice space and have a bass player ready to go, possibly a drummer. If you are interested, please drop me a line!

I am kinda in the same place, though I am still totally into the blues, but agree with the "white" blues. Everything I listen to is totally old school jazz/blues/funk: Ella, Etta, T-bone, John Lee Hooker, Lightning Hopkins, James Brown, Funky Temptations etc....I am really looking to incorporate old raspy blues, funk and soul into one band. What do you think?

I can offer guitar, bass, harp, sound system, lights, and studio gear.
Have a vehicle to haul it all.
I live in Cooke City and am willing to make the trip for practice and work. I currently play in a band part time and do solo acoustic gigs sort of full time. Would like very much to be involved with a group of people that want to practice, get tight, and get gigs. I can get us work here in Cooke fairly often.
