Sound Guys!
Looking to talk with sound guys in the Bozeman area. We are a 7 piece band (Skavocado) looking to improve our sound at live shows and for recording as well. We have a PA and 1 monitor (we rent other monitors and a sub when needed). We are a newer band, but we've been doing a gig a month and getting paid, although not very much yet. We'd love to talk to folks about what options could be available for us.

I'm only a DJ but have worked several large events in Montana. Many times people want a Band and a DJ. I have worked with a few sound guys and was floored by the lack of quaility from some of these guys. Talk to Jerry, he is by far the most experienced and while he might not have time to work with you he can tell you the best options. I've done events for groups of up to 2000 and been doing this for 10 years now, I have a pretty good ear. All the fancy equipment in the world doesn't help if you don't know how to set it for the venue and crowd. Kudos to you for wanting to get it right!
