alt-country in Helena
looking for some helena area musicians to try something alt-country that rocks a little - just for fun, but possibly to play out if it works. Thinking somewhere around 6 String Drag/Kenny Roby/Mercy Filter, Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, Whiskeytown/Ryan Adams...

Dude...too bad you don't live in Missoula...or something cause I dig the alt-country thing although I'm more on the Robbie Fulks / Buddy Miller / Gram Parsons.....maybe a little Buck Owens train.....but I dig it all...check out some of my songs..cheers..R.R.

I'll be at Riley's on April 16th..I think...ever since Debbye stepped down the new guy is fairly uncommunicative...but he hasn't told me it was canceled either...so I guess no news is good news
